Few of you probably have ever seen such a glorious sight but here we are. My first 6 gallon batch of beer. Ain't she a beauty? 4 5L mini-kegs and 6 22oz bottles full of beer. I could have filled one more up but i was tired of cleaning.
The batch will be fully carbonated and ready for consumption in approximately 16 days from today. 2 days in my house and then the rest in the garage. It's a wheat beer batch where 2 kegs are just straight wheat beer and I have one raspberry flavored one and one gay flavored one. My roommate wanted to make a strawberry/kiwi beer YUCK. I can't wait to crack them open!
Carl I took note from your last debacle and made sure I was extra careful with my sterilization on this batch. My specific gravity was reading 1.1 before adding the priming sugar. We'll see what it tastes like! The pre-primed tasted not bad at all. I'm sure most of you would buy it in a bar if you didn't know it was homebrewed.
