let me guess.. it's snapped on the top tube right before the seat tube?

we're talking about your fisher right carl?... if you bought it new fisher is supposed to be REAL good about warranty work... I considered one when I was looking at bikes... but seems they have a fairly high failure rate especially under fat doodness

best of luck for frame warranty... who knows you might get lucky tons of inexpensive 29er SS frame options... I'm a fatty do so I choose to ride steel...

is your frame an '08 (g2 geometry?) if so you can toss that fork over to an 80mm corrected bike but extend it to 100mm and not slow down the steering :)
