Another subforum - rides?

We have a butt-load of ride posts. Do yall prefer em in the chatter, or should we give those posts a home in a "rides" subforum (like the trail maint, lost/found, members only)

Ok seriously for me the number of subforums is distracting. I miss out on posts because they're so segregated here. If I come into the porc chatter, which I would assume is just general stuff, loads is left out. I have to remember to check the subforums on a regular basis otherwise I miss out.

i agree that subforums can be a pain and segment the flow...but having to flip through 6 pages of posts to find something from last week is a bit annoying too.

but honestly...do you really think we have that many? from what i've seen, porc has way less subs than most forums.

as long as the forum is setup like it is right now where the forum avatar lights/colors up to let you know there is a new post in there it works well... a quick glance tells you where the new posts are located...

i think rides is one of those things that deserve it's own subforum...

I do think we should add the Rides subforum in the Chatter forum, up there where the Lost & Found, Trail Maint, & Members Only subforums are instead of on the front page.
