Went out for my second lap last night just before dusk. At he end of our loop, i took my buddy over to the twister for his firts ride. Went over the bars on the 1st little drop in, which wasnt too bad. The second drop with the missing carpet, went over them again and landed HARD. knocked the wind out of me. my SC joint is sore as hell. Glad none of the regulars were out there to wintess the event. I really have a thing for going over the handlebars, could it possibly be to me putting the front brake on the right side of the bars?? Possibly, but its probaly cuz my bike skills (or lack there of) BLOW

i wouldn't think the side swap would cause that...but i would think using the front brake at all on any of those steep drops would be bit risky...free-roll or rear feather probably your best options.

I'd agree with endo. Grabbing right brake is going to be a reflex for you so if your reflex is to grab right I'd put rear on the right. Drag your bottom not dig in your front.

Since i'm still in pain i will probably put the front brake back on the left side.No more Endos. Endo, that smells like outdoor!
