The brakes currently on my spare bike have GOT to go. I can't keep them bled for more than say 3 rides before I have to pre-pump the suckers just so i can stop and not run into objects on trail. I could give a rats butt if I get mechanicals or hydros but I think I'd have a preference to mechanicals since I wouldn't have to bother with bleeding them EVAR.

Yes I know i can find stuff on ebay or buy things new but I want to see if any of you guys have anything first. I'll need front and back with the levers. Holla back.

I have a set of Hayes Nine front and rear. Sorry no disc. I just pulled them off of my Anthem. They only have three rides on them. I was getting ready to list them on ebay, but if someone local needs them great.
Make me an offer.

bah. I'm trying to be fairly frugal and you can get more than what I'd want to pay on eBay.

I've got a set of Avid Juicy 5's that I was going to put on e-bay for a friend. They came off of a Stumpjumper with less than 200 miles on it. I have the complete brake set up, front and rear, with the rotors.

I am in Mobile and can meet you at Chickasabogue or somewhere or ship them to you.

Make an offer and I will see what he says.

I'm looking to spend around $80-90ish on the set, whatever I get. So if either one of you can do that or come close let me know.

What type of hydros are you running? And what are you planning to do w/ them once you take them off your bike? I have a pair of Avid BB7s that are sitting on a shelf at home. Maybe we can work out some sort of trade. We'll talk tonight.

My currents are Magura Claras and they SUCK. They were bled already once but they already need another bleeding. Might be because I hang the bike upside down, I've read you're not supposed to do that with hydros. I almost ran into several trees on Sunday. I msged you already but unless I'm feeling extra froggy about running into a tree tonight I probably am not going to ride.

I'm fine with running mechanicals on the bike. Trade, shoot you can have the suckers if you really want them. That or I have a few computers at the house I could give you. Few meaning a few to choose from, not give you a few of them. :D

$90 + shipping would be fine or I could meet you at Chickasabogue. Shipping shouldn't be more than $5-10 dollars.

Let me know.

I thought a couple of weeks ago you were trying to buy a computer off one of us

I'm gonna go with the BB7s Dave has. I'm not too keen on hydros after my horrible Magura Clara experience (check out its reviews) and with good levers the BB7s do just as well according to reviews. Thanks Todd and GT for the offers.
