so I've worked for satan himself... aka WAL-MART... they offered me a job when no one would (even the pizza delivery gigs weren't hiring at the time) so I took it

so after almost 6 months of misery in the deli I finally got my official job offer packet from Clearwire... going to be a resident nerd doing tech support. I start in 2 weeks...

sorry I had to share my excitement... means a good pay raise, consistent hrs an easy bike commute to work... hopefully i'll get to get out to the trail more often now :)

I did the pizza delivery thing for over 6 years... in 3 different cities and i LOVED it... but when I got back to milton none of them where hiring (going into a slow season)... heck even McDonalds didn't want me at the time :-/... so I was thankful for the job... it got me out of the in-laws house (not a place you want to be lol)

Congrats bro! So Clearwire is finally getting off the ground? They've been trying to start up for ages now, good to see some competition coming into the area. Aren't they trying to get residential fiber and iptv as services?

they are still only in the large metro areas... but have a call center in east milton... but ya they are expected to go national in not to long or so I was told... i'll learn more in the next few weeks :)

the place is semi formal so you don't need to get overly dolled up... 1st time around I went in slacks, button up shirt and a tie... felt way over dressed... this last interview/job fair I went to in a polo and jeans.
