I have the exact same dumbell set in my garage. I even got the 2 1/2 lb plates. Thanks for the vid

I'd rather pay Mark to do it correctly. It's not worth me jacking it up.

I normally use a piece of allthread and some washers and nuts. If I had a nice dumbell set like that shown, I'd use it.

I"ll give away my dumbells to anyone that thinks they can use them. They have just been collecting dust.

but you get to work out every time you press in a headset. we need upper body workouts to balance all the leg work we do.
