Hello, not exactly new to riding but recently become alot more enthused about it. I own a mint condition 10 year old Cannondale R300 and Specialized Expedition. 2 weeks ago I upgraded the front suspension on the Expedition, Rock Shock 3 with PIG headset and Monkey bars, now it feels like a completely different bike. My birthday is next month and my girlfriend has a new Trek 6000 set aside at the local dealer. I hope to visit the UWF trails soon, I live next to the BackCountry trail which is a paved trail system but on the west end there are several primitive roads/trails that I just started exploring. They have great potential and I am considering approaching the state park and the trail system organizers about developing these trails for MTB use. I would like input from more experienced riders/developers so if anyone would be interested in exploring these new trails I would be happy to show you how to get to them. I went out for a ride yesterday eve after the rain passed over and made a video, I only rode on a short section of the off-road trials, the video quality is very poor. :D
