My first cracked frame. I wasnt event riding hard; just one of those things. I figured I had broken my carbon fiber fork.
Kudos to Mark and the other guys at T.S. for the fast fix. Even before this incident I knew I'd never buy a bike anywhere else.

Why would you? I have ridden TS bikes for the last year and gotten almost perfect service and always finds the underlying problem that creates the issue. So I guess if you are going to buy a bike take your risks on the internet, I will continue to buy my whips at Truly Spoken for that reason above all. Marty

You guys are late to the show. Vic (long before) and Mark( johnny come lately) have ALWAYS stood behind anything that comes out of the shops. Not for a month or a year either. Theres a reason I own Giants and Bianchis, ride Assos bibs, and genuine, one of a kind Vic Bagley wheels. These guys are the best. Anyone can sell you a good bike, but these become your buddies. Thanks to both of you,
Rob
