I thought home was hot!!

Yesterday, the mercury reached 109 F at the heat of the day!! OMG what have I gotten myself into?? Froze my can off this winter, I couldnt get enough clothes on, spring was really nice, all 2 weeks of it and then it started getting hot. But yesterday was unbelievable, we were sitting @ the jobsite/restaurant, and I thought to myself, I am just glad the humidity is not as bad as home, about 35-40% but still more than 10 deg/C hotter, roasting. I will take mine Medium Rare Please. Off I go to another day at the jobsite, Have good rides with me in mind!!!

Experienced 116 once in California.. Freaking Brutal.. I'll still take dry heat over the humidity..

Finally looks like the heat will break some today, only a high of 101f predicted, but these people cannot predict weather from yesterday much less the possibility of a day in advance. The govt has the people believing that they can make it rain on demand, whatever.

Just be glad that the smell of fresh crude is not in the air, smells like hot crayons.
