Hello All, Everyone is invited to the free Skills Clinic this Sunday at 2:00 at the Pate Rd. Trailhead. The clinic will be put on by Mark from Truly Spokin Bike Shiop and I will be there to assist as well. We'll go over basic mountain bike handling skills as well as review general mountain bike trail etiquette. Not confirmed yet (Mark, help me out with this one), but the regular Sunday afternoon ride will be after the clinic.

Dave, you riding this afternoon? 4/22. Im thinking about riding 545 or so.

Mark, your lessons are too advanced. I may not be able to pass them. I'll be in trouble in picking up a pine cone with the front wheel.

Sweet...Wish I could of been there but I had to work. My problem is I suck at at obsticles when I'm tired, which is most of the time.

that was a log? i thought it was a twig. no prob i'm all over it...





... when my hand starts feeling better. shouldn't be longer than a few months or so. :D
