I bought this for my XT cranks just before I had all of my Fisher warranty woes. Now both of my mtb frames use press-fit bb's. I only got 3-4 rides with it before it sat in my toolbench.

Killer deal for someone... guys if you are running XT or XTR and havent replaced your BB in a few years, a fresh bottom bracket will do you good.

I think my XTC 1 has this type of BB.

"A few years" is that like the same as 1200miles or more like 3k miles ?
