i just noticed this "roadie" portion of the forum.
i have to say, i took a month long break from road riding and this morning was my first ride back with the usual group and i can't recall ever having so much fast paced fun. it felt great. admittedly, i did do some time on the trainer last week and this week in anticipation of today.
then i went and did a minor bit of trail maintanence. minor being the key word.
now i'm off to go put a dent in the thirty quarts of olde english malt liquor i was given for my birthday. have any of you seen thirty quarts of malt liquor in a refrigerator in person before? it is truely an amazing sight to behold.
30 quarts is, what 7.5 gallons? or not quite half a keg?
btw, nice way to break in a new forum.

seven and a half gallons is right.
and i fear it might be a tad too heavy for the bowing glass shelf in the refrigerator so it would seem appropriate for me to lighten the load by disposing of said malt liquor.
and listening to my slayer station on pandora.com.
my pandora list:
dixie dregs
thelonius monk
galactic
zero 7
steely dan
weather report
robert earl keen

every time i try to post a picture it just goes to a white screen. it happens from work and from home. not sure what the deal is.
hmmm....what megapixel camera are you using? i think the limits of the image host are 8 megapixel and 5 megabytes in size....also, try uploading 1 file at a time...sometimes upload speeds are a lot slower than download speeds which could cause it to time-out if you are sending a lot at once.

i take pictures with a 7.1 megapixel camera and i reduced the size of the images i was posting to something fairly small. oh, and i was only doing one at a time.
i just tried it again. it seemed like it was going to work and then did the same thing.
i'd like to figure out the problem...maybe email me the pic and i'll see what happens when i post it....trailblur@bellsouth.net
try it now....the problem appears to be the thumbnail generator.

sorry, i didn't realize it was quite so large. and the picture doesn't even capture the reality. but it is too late to take another one...

that is the beer fridge in the laundry room. we have a food fridge in the kitchen.
sorry, i didn't realize it was quite so large. and the picture doesn't even capture the reality. ...sounds more like a line from a swinger's forum.
glad the photos are finally working. that is truely a sight to behold.

did i post that response to the wrong forum?
the thing the picture doesn't show clearly are that there were four, maybe five rows of bottles, and it totally clipped the filled top shelf out of the frame i think.
still impressive. the b&w is a nice artistic touch.
