If my wife brought home Pride and Predjudice I think I would have to take a hammer to the DVD player..

i still have to deal with all of those selections as well. out of the seventy or so movies in our queue i think i've put maybe six or seven of them on there. and of course they're all bike related or government propaganda movies.

if i have to sit through more romantic comedies to be able to ride my bike when i want, watch bike movies at will, and take over the tv for three weeks every year to watch the tour i'm fine with that.

i got home from this morning's ride and she had made me breakfast and packed me a lunch to take to work. and she does it almost every weekday i ride. that has to be worth about twelve foreign date flicks per ride.

i pick about 90% of the movies at our house but i'm fortunate that barbara doesn't get into romantic comedies except for 'sex and the city' which i can tolerate due to the full frontals sometimes. we watch (metric) tons of foreign movies. and she packs my lunch too.

brett, check our 'paradise lost' about the west memphis 3.

carl, added it to the queue this morning.

and as for her movie selections, i looked at the rest of the movies on the list and most of the ones she added are also gubment documentries and movies on old punk rock bands, so most of them are pretty good selections in my opinion. although i did see that 'sixteen candles' was on there again!

i got the sequel to paradise lost in the mail yesterday. all i need is a slow day in the tdf to watch it.
watch 'DiG'. awesome movie about the dandy warhols. i didn't think it was possible to do that many drugs.
