The Ski arms can be locked or swing while you walk run ect. Has 10 levels of resistance and 1-5 or so levels of incline , keeps track of time, distance, calories and heart rate..

Just timing. Regina and I road at Timberlake on Saturday and she mentioned that she was missed her ellyptical (it broke). Then I saw the post on Sunday.

Too bad that didn't happen to my darn tubeless tires!
