Galen and I put in 2 hrs each yesterday and me and Wayne put in 4 hrs today on the Bayou extension. Made good progress and there's light at the end of the tunnel. Probably only 40-50 man hours needed to finish it up.

We have a group of 5 heading out Saturday morning for some work on the Bayou trail. Also planning a group for next Saturday morning. If anyone can help, meet at the power lines on 10 Mile/greenbrier at 8. If we have a decent turnout both days, it's possible we could finish it.

Thanks to Matt, joe, Wayne, mike, and my dad. Everyone got in about 4.5 hrs of TM in on the Bayou trail today. Assuming I can gather a good 5 or 6 people for TM next Saturday, we'll likely finish it up

Here is what the route looks like. The trail is all cut, it's just a matter of opening up and a little raking to make the last 500' ridable. Should have it ready to go at the end of next weekend.

That's the way I had laid it out, except you never actually get back on coke can. And you don't have to climb the descent. The new trail stays above the gnarly part of that downhill on Descent. I've attached a photo with arrows

You can ride this loop backwards as well. It's probably a little easier that way with the exception of the climb up the concrete drop
