Default Treehugger extension TM

I'm heading out Saturday morning, probably about 9, to go work on a trail reclaimation project we've got going on Treehugger. So far we have about .5 mile rough cut and flagged. The goal is for 1-1.25 miles. If anyone is willing to help, just reply here.

Planning on going out again Saturday morning. Will probably try to get out there by 8:00 so I can get as much as possible done before we leave for H'burg around noon. We're up to .77 mi with almost half of that being nearly rideable. I'd like to get the rest of the trail rough cut and flagged before the group TM on April 2 & 3. The reclaimation will add 1-1.25 miles to the red loop once we're done. Let me know if you can help.

I got about .15 mi mostly clear. I know one area needs a reroute, but I need a chainsaw to do it. If you go back out there, you can just keep working from the area that you stopped. The first half of the trail is the area that needs the most attention. Most of what I'm doing at the end only needs a little trimming and raking.

I have a landscape axe that I can use to help, but will be out of town until Sunday. If there is any thing left I can work on it Sunday.

More attacking the jungle yesterday. F'ing briar got me in the lip F$#@. I got past the fallen tree (parallel with trail)and made the turn to the left. Couple hours of struggle! Chainsaw and hedge trimmer came in handy. Is Saturday still on?

I got in 5 hours on the treehuger extension. I think James got in about 150 yards and I made it to 400 yards in.
I'm planning on being there at 8am Sat.

I would say we'd be hard pressed to get everything rideable even after the trail maintenance. The stuff after where Steve stopped is brutally thick and will be really slow going, probably 20-30 man hrs just to get through all that. Plus I have a good 10 hrs worth of work to even get the rest of the trail rough cut and flagged
