Default Gauging Interest...

IMBA is starting their first Spring Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day, Saturday June 11th.

I am wondering what kind of support we would get from the club and/or cycling community. Also what the level of interest would be from the kids in the community.

I have attended these in the past with other clubs/shops and they offer hot dogs, water, rides led by adults for different rider abilities, and are generally a great time for the kids. Our trail system has everything we need to put on a great event for the kids, but before I reach out to IMBA, I want to be sure not to schedule something on a conflicting weekend or if we won't get the turn out needed for a successful event.

Also, there is still October 1st for the fall version. The date can be moved, should it conflict with the SRI TRI.

Since we are an imba club we should support it let's talk
Vikings-when it positively has to be destroyed overnight.
