Ed, Mike, and I rode Monday and the trails are wierd!?! Wet and muddy in some areas you wouldn't expect and dry in areas you think would be wet. The worst places that I can remember are: the place on Treehugger on the downhill near the beginning where you drop off that log (there use to be a bridge there; we should probably drag that thing out of the woods and place it over the muddy spot), a muddy trench while climbing Greenbrier (I think due to a motorcycle), the normal wet spots on Bone and Carl's trail. Cambodia is a little wet right before you hit the 2nd clearing.

Default the bridge

the bridge you guys (Billy, joe and whoever else) made is a little worse for wear but that area is under water so it is really helpful now.

PS no ride for me tonight.

Some spots on Cambodia and Treehugger were really Nasty Sunday afternoon.
I ended up in chainsuck hell due to all the mud and sand being kicked up into the drivetrain...
ended up going over the bars once when the chain wrapped up in a rooty section.

Did the lake at the bottom of the first part of the Gorge dry out?

I rode today at noon. Tree Hugger (expectedly) is the worse trail. Theres some deep muddy spots that almost swallowed my 29er wheel. As I remember there was some water towars the begining of the Gorge. Richard may know better though he was on foot doing some TM. Big thanks to Him and Brian. There like the unsung heros of TM right now.

I expected Tree Hugger to be in rough shape because of the few low lying areas it has. I'm guessing after the small switchbacks on Tree Hugger that its basically water now? I have thought about rerouting that section to keep from having problems when it rains.
