Is there an adjustable or something I can do for adjusting the travel on my rear shock? I could always reduce the amount of travel by swapping it out I guess right?
No, the bikes are designed for specific travel.. You cant change the travel on the shock.. RP23 pro pedal just lets you tune 3 settings of lockout.. Its also designed for a 140mm front fork, whats the travel on your Minute?.. Put a 120 or a 100 on this thing and you will end up over the bars all day long.. The head tube is 5.3" whats the headtube on your current bike? Are you going to have enough steer tube? Last you are looking at a new bottom bracket this bike is set up for press fit.. make sure your cranks will work with a press fit bottom bracket as well or you will need new cranks too...

About your only option would be to pump the shock pressure up so much that you're more efficient but only using part of the travel. This is pretty much what I'm doing now with my bike, but the problem is that you're pedaling around a extra weight on the bike that probably wouldn't be there if you went with a shorter travel design. You also will want to match the fork travel to the frame travel; otherwise, you are going to change the geometry of the bike and run the risk of it not riding well. I'd guess you'd probably be safe with 130-140mm travel fork. Again, this is just MY opinion and what you're looking for in a bike may not necessarily match mine. But I speak from experience when I say that you don't want to try to make a square peg fit into a round hole just to save a few bucks.

I currently have a cannondale hard tail so everything would switch over. My Minute Two is an adjustable 90-130MM. I'm glad I asked you guys because it looks as though I may not go with this one since it has so much rear travel. I'm still considering others but I've enjoyed all three of my cannondale frames so far so it's hard to sell me anything else. Kinda like Dave will probably always ride a Specialized.

I'm currently riding the 2010 Haro Thread 1.2 DJ/4X/DS. Made some Deity component upgrades since late 09. Bike seems slightly small & little bit to light for me these days. Plus I need some full suspension for bigger drops. Looking into either getting a 2011 Scott Voltage FR 30 or a 2011 Transition Bottlerocket by early Summer.

She has front butt and back boobs!

And where did she find a seat that would withstand that?
