Dirt Squirt 5.0

The 5th Annual Dirt Squirt is ON! 

When you wake up from that turkey coma on Black Friday skip the shopping and get your buns out to Baker, Florida for this year’s attempted re-run of the Conecuh National Forest 50 mile route kindly provided to us by Nic Patterson. Like last year, we will be departing from and returning to Wagon Wheel BBQ on the east side of FL - 189. They have ample parking out back but carpooling is still encouraged.  Parking is free. Remember, this is some of the best post ride food you can put in your stomach, so hanging out afterwards and buying a plate is not only a good gesture toward our hosts, but good for you too.

Details about the ride: 

This is an UNMARKED, UNSUPPORTED 50mi route with one water stop at mile 20. 

ALL RIDERS should have a GPS device with the route downloaded.  If you don’t own a device, use the buddy system. 

Plan on bringing what you will need for a 3 - 4hr ride. GPS device, water, ride food, repair kit, and appropriate clothing. This is a GROUP ride.  We will attempt to ride as a group. That said, riders should expect a steady 14 - 15mph pace. Riders who get lost or separated from the group are on their own.
